Berwar News is a Kurdish media platform that operates independently from any political or other organizations. We provide news, analyses and opinions that are often overlooked by mainstream media, which is heavily influenced politically. International news mainly consisting of political and social crises along with news about the Kurds, are the main focus of our publishing activities.

As a media platform that primarily publishes in Kurdish, Berwar Newa is fully aware of the role of journalism in preserving our mother tongue. Therefore, our platform is a part of a larger movement struggling to protect Kurdish language and identity from assimilation, a phenomenon that is growing more severe every day.
